Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids

The Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids takes place at St. Charles Golf and Country Club on Monday June 7. Free parking is available at Assiniboia Downs with a Free Shuttle service provided approximately every 20 minnutes. Please note no parking is available at St. Charles Golf and Country Club.
Multi Passes are still available and include a Gallery viewing of Mike playing in the tournament, which starts at 7:30 am, as well as a Clinic Demonstration by him at 2pm. Multi Passes can be purchased at the gates of St. Charles on Monday only and are $30 each. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit.
Food is available for purchase on the grounds for those not golfing.
The Gala tickets for Monday Night are sold out.
Golfers:
Adult Golf Registration begins at 6:00 am. Everyone should be registered by 6:30 am and Tee-off is at 7:30 am.
Junior Pro Am Registration begins at 7:30 am. Everyone should be registered by 8:30 am and Tee off is at 9:30 am.
A Tradition of Golf for a Good Cause
Every year, the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba is fortunate to have the support of many volunteer committees who host golf tournaments to raise funds for our cause. This has resulted in millions being raised for child health in Manitoba. The incredible amount of time and effort put forth is astounding and we are very grateful to each group for their support.
The Miracle Event
The Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids, in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation, is one of the most anticipated events to hit Winnipeg in 2010. The two-day fundraiser on June 6 and 7, 2010 at the St. Charles Country Club promises to be an extraordinary experience.
This unique opportunity will include a golf tournament, a golf clinic, a sponsor reception, a junior pro-am event, and concludes with a Gala dinner at The Fort Garry Hotel Spa and Conference Centre.
Approximately 100 volunteers are required to manage the event, if you are interested in getting involved contact the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Ticket Information
Golf clinic and gallery multi passes are $30 each. Tickets to the Gala are $300 each or $3,000 for a table of 10. All proceeds support the Foundation’s Manitoba Institute of Child Health to advance pediatric medical research and further enhance Winnipeg’s reputation as a centre of excellence for research of this kind.

The Drive Towards Child Health
The Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids is a national fundraising initiative, with a goal of raising $10 million for children’s health care causes across the country. It is presented by The Mike Weir Foundation benefiting the Children’s Miracle Network, and in association with the National Golf Course Owners Association of Canada. After submitting a proposal, the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba Inc. was chosen to host the Mike Weir Miracle Golf Drive for Kids.
