Enter at any Safeway location or pick up your copy of the Winnipeg Free Press for a ballot!

Rules and Regulations

· No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the entry form published in the Winnipeg Free Press and submit along with 20 words or less telling us “why you want to meet professional golfer, Mike Weir”.

· Mail your completed entry form(s) in separate envelopes with sufficient postage to the Children’s Hospital Foundation, CE501, 840 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R2A 1S1, Attn: Safeway Junior Pro Am Contest marked on the entry form. Entries must reference contest name. Entries can also be dropped off (no envelopes required) at the any Canada Safeway location.

· Contest is open to residents of Manitoba between the ages 8 and 17, except employees of the Winnipeg Free Press, Canada Safeway and employees of Children’s Hospital Foundation, their advertising and promotional agencies and all persons with whom they are domiciled.

· Only the original entry forms provided in the newspaper or hand drawn facsimiles will be eligible for this contest. Photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

· All entries must be received by contest closing date, May 12, 2010 at noon. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Random draw will take place on May 12, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Selected entrants will be notified by telephone and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to win. Some exceptions to winner notification process exist. Parental permission will be required and winner will be required to submit golf skill level.

· Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value.

· Incomplete entry forms will not be eligible to win. The Winnipeg Free Press will not be responsible for late, lost, destroyed or wrongly addressed mail in connection with the contest.

· Winners names will be available at Children’s Hospital Foundation office after May 15, 2010.

· Entrants, by entering this contest, consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by the Winnipeg Free Press in connection with this contest.

· The contest judges will have the final decision on any interpretation of the contest rules.
